This Winter Yin and Nidra series will invite you to nourish your body, quiet your mind and soothe your soul.

Yin Yoga consists of gentle postures we hold for minutes at a time to lubricate the joints, settle the nervous system with breath and create space in the body for stagnant energy (sometimes referred to as prana or chi) to move freely through the body.
Yoga Nidra is a “yogic sleep” (meditation) where I will guide you through effortless relaxation to restore and rejuvenate the body and mind.
To get the most out of these sessions, you will need:
-A quiet space where you can be uninterrupted for 75 minutes.
-A yoga/exercise mat or beach towel.
-A pillow and blanket to use as props and for the final relaxation.
